The petition requested that the PTA be ordered to ban tick talk. The court has urged the federal government to create a Privacy Protection Act to protect the younger generation from the negative effects of social media. And the petitioner should be prevented from broadcasting the ticking video till the final decision. The court adjourned the hearing on the petitioner's non-petition till December 12. It is understood that TickTalk has become one of the most down-loaded applications in Pakistan during 2019 which has been downloaded one crore 63 million times from 1st January 2019 till 16th November 2019. Since its arrival in India, TickTalk has been downloaded 255 million times in Pakistan and is the fastest growing social media platform in Pakistan. #TikTok#TikTokBan
